The primary aim was to raise awareness about the risks of irregular migration to Europe and to highlight opportunities for skills development and job placement within Pakistan for young, single men aged 18 to 30.

Approximately 50 participants attended the event, including local youth from Turbat and surrounding areas. Expert speaker Zakir Ali, an entrepreneur and trainer, discussed the dangers associated with irregular migration and motivated attendees by showcasing various opportunities available in Pakistan. Diaspora member Junaid Shah, an IT Network Engineer residing in Italy, shared his personal experiences and insights about the challenges faced by migrants in Europe, addressing issues like language barriers and cultural differences.

The event fostered active engagement, with participants asking questions and expressing interest in sharing the information with peers. Discussions covered several key topics, including the risks of irregular migration, local job and training opportunities, scams by unreliable agents, and the importance of preserving cultural identity.

Participants appreciated the informative nature of the session, which inspired many to consider legal migration options and explore opportunities within Pakistan. The event concluded with food packs served to attendees and highlighted the need for ongoing awareness efforts. Recommendations for future events include increasing public outreach and collaborating with more vocational training centers.
